I agree to the applicable prepaid wallet fee policy and automatic pause when the wallet balance reaches zero. Accounts inactive for 45 days become Dormant. Accounts inactive for 90 days are permanently deleted. Any remaining internal prepaid wallet balance on permanent deletion is forfeited and non-refundable. Binance API Security Requirement: For AamirGrid, enable only Reading and Spot Trading permissions. AamirGrid does not request withdrawal permission and does not withdraw your Binance funds. If you enable withdrawal permission yourself or by mistake and this results in an unauthorized withdrawal, fraud, misuse or financial loss, AamirGrid will not be responsible for that security mistake, except for responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law. I understand that AamirGrid estimates and reserves its platform share when a BUY cycle is created, without immediately charging that amount. After the paired SELL completes, the actual share is calculated from the realized result: unused reserve is released/refunded, while any shortfall is charged as an additional wallet entry. The internal wallet is separate from Binance trading funds, and an unpaid shortfall may appear as an amount owed. I understand that when the fee-target option is enabled, the SELL target is calculated to preserve the configured net-profit goal after Binance execution fees; when disabled, applicable fees reduce realized profit. Binance execution fees and AamirGrid platform fees are separate.
